摘要
美国政府在全国推行州共同核心课新标准的系列改革之后,如何评价核心课实施的效果和质量问题即学生学业的评价问题成为基础教育领域持续关注和亟需解决的热门话题。在此背景下,美国政府提出了PARCC评价体系。该评价体系以"帮助学生升学和就业"为基本理念,以"州核心课评价模块"为体系支撑,实现了"终结性评价与过程性评价"的优化组合。分析、解读这一评价体系可以为我国基础教育评价制度的改革提供借鉴。
Upon the national wide implementation of Common Core State Standards (CCSS), ensuring the quality and effectiveness of its implementation--the initiation and application of an assessment system-- has become another challenge American government has to confront. In this context, American government has developed and supported a national assessment system--PARCC. Being designed with model content frameworks and combining the advantages of various assessment methods, the PARRCC has been used as a companion to CCSS in improving college- and career-readiness among graduating students. An exploration on PARCC system can bring in valuable insights and recommendations to enhance the ongoing educational assessment reform in China.
