Practice of Replacement of Coke Coal in Production

济钢利用现有配煤炼焦试验装置对新开发的A煤进行了配煤炼焦试验研究及生产应用。在目前的配煤结构下,A煤可替代10%焦煤进行配煤炼焦,焦炭冷热态指标保持稳定,且焦炭致密性有改善。

Basing on present condition, a new coke coal of A-coal is tested in a blend coking study. The results show that A-coal can replace 10% of coking coal at present coking coal component, and the quality indexes of the coke remain as usual. What＇s more, the coke density is improved.
