摘要
研究了高强韧38MnSiV5非调质钢的设计,以及关键生产工艺技术,检验结果和使用情况表明,该钢综合性能良好,冲击性能优异,扩大了非调质钢的应用领域。
In this thesis, the high strength ＆ toughness of 38MnSiV5 non-quenched and tempered steel had been designed, and the key production process had been researched. Through inspection and use, the results showed that the steel had good comprehensive performance, and excellent impact performance. The application field of non-quenched and tempered steel was expanded.
