攀钢集团某钢厂多台水泵电机,因安装转子滚动轴承的上下端盖孔磨大而不能使用,为不影响生产,对该灰铸铁薄壁轴承座孔进行镶套改造使用。

Serveral pump motors were used in a steel plant of Pangang Group. Due to the wear and tear, antifriction bearing＇s upper and bottom motor cover which installed the rotator should be replaced. By using grey cast iron motor cover with bushing technology, we successfully made the following manufacture continuing.
