摘要
自革新开放后,越南在经济上取得了令人瞩目的成就,这与其积极参与国际经济一体化是密不可分的,主要思路就是以开放促发展,以发展迎接进一步开放。因此,应该将越南加入TPP置于参与国际经济一体化的整体历史进程中来观察和分析。本文首先回顾越南参与国际经济一体化的努力及成效,接着阐述越南政府对加入TPP的期待与考虑,最后对越南加入TPP后的机遇与挑战进行分析,简要预测越南未来的TPP自由化道路的发展前景。
After,Vietnam made remarkable achievements in economy. This is inseparable from its active participation in international economic integration,the main idea is to open to promote development,to develop to meet further opening. Therefore,it should put Vietnam to join the TPP in participation in international economic integration in the process of the whole history of observation and analysis. This article first reviews the efforts and results of Vietnam participating in international economic integration,and then expounds the Vietnamese government＇s consideration of joining the TPP,and finally analyzes the opportunities and challenges after Vietnam＇s joining the TPP,briefly predicts the development and prospects of Vietnam TPP liberalization path in the future.
