构建新型合作经营方式 实现农业经营体制新的飞跃

Building a New Mode of Cooperative Management to Achieve a New Leap in Agricultural Management System

根据社会主义农业生产方式的本质特征与实现农业生产社会化的客观要求,中国农业经营体制应当实行合作经营方式,而不应当实行个体经营和资本农场经营方式。当代中国的基本国情与农业改革发展的客观要求决定了当代中国农业经营体制应当广泛采取新型合作经营方式,而不能回到传统行政性的集体经营方式。新型农业合作经营方式既可以采取社区合作经营形式也可以采取股份合作经营形式。我们应当继续深化农村改革,全面构建新型农业合作经营方式,实现我国农业经营体制新的飞跃。

According to the essential characteristics of socialist agricultural production mode and the objective requirement to achieve the socialization of agricultural production, China＇ s agricultural management system should turn to the mode of coopera- tive management instead of that of self-employment or capital farms. The basic conditions of contemporary China and the objec- tive requirement of the reform and development of agriculture determine that the present agricultural management system should depend on the new mode of cooperative management instead of the traditional administrative, collective management. The new mode can take the form of either cooperative management of community or cooperative management of shares. To achieve a new leap in agricultural management system of our country, we should deepen the rural reform and build the new mode.
