摘要
大学生党建工作应从大学生非社会完全成员身份和非岗位化社会角色的特征出发,立足于解决大学生前期自我认知不完善和社会认知不足问题;以自我认知和社会认知整合培养为切入点,扩充培养方式与营养元素,以人的自然成长规律为基点,完备分年级分时期的阶梯类型教育培养体系。在党员培养过程中,高校应把学生党员的个体人格心理养成教育作为高等教育中的重要内容,把个体人格心理养成与思想理论培养相结合,丰富相应的理论和方法,及时调整和完善指导模式和方案。
Given the non-social full membership and non-position social role of college students, the work of their partyconstruction should be first devoted to solving the problem of imperfect self-knowledge and insufficient social cognition. By integrating self-knowledge with social cognition, the means of education should be improved. It's necessary to follow the natural lawof growth and complete the ladder-shaped education system according to different grades and stages. While cultivating Partymembers, colleges and universities should stress the individual psychology of Party member students in higher education. Thecombination of personality with theoretical education will enrich the related theories and methodology, providing guidance forreadjustments in the work.
