摘要
现代学徒制对提升职业教育质量有着重大的意义。在解析现代学徒制的内涵及其实施背景的基础上,以辽宁机电职业技术学院印刷类专业为例,探索现代学徒制人才培养模式的构建及实施方法,从而实现校企一体化育人。
Modern apprenticeship system is of great significance for improving the quality of vocational education. On the basis of analyzing the connotation of modern apprenticeship and the implementation background, taking the printing major in the college, it explores the construction of modern apprenticeship training mode and implementation method, so as to realize the integration education between colleges and enterprises.
