摘要 当前高职院校普遍存在校企合作深度不够,课程设置处于封闭、孤立的状态。通过镇校企平台进行企业调研,重构人才培养计划和课程体系。依托产业学院,创建以工作室、检测站、培训站为推手的协同育人实践教学模式。通过实施典型产品制作,技能竞赛为任务驱动和实行就业意向班制的教学组织,显著提升了实践课教学效果。 The college-enterprise cooperation is not enough in higher vocational colleges, and the curriculum is in a closed and isolated state. It reconstructed the talent training plan and curriculum system through enterprise investigation with college-enterprise platform in town. Relying on institute of industry, it created the collaborative education practice teaching mode with the studio, testing station, and training station. Through implementing the teaching organization of typical products production, skills competition and employment intention class it significantly improved the practice teaching effect.
