高职学生“职业精神”培育的问题与策略——基于对辽宁省三所高职院校的调查

Problems and Strategies of Higher Vocational Student Professional Spirit

职业精神直接关系到学生未来的职业规划、人生道路和生活方式。但当前高职院校学生职业精神缺失的问题较为凸显,亟待重视和加强。随着《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》和《现代职业教育体系建设规划》的颁布,国家初步完成了高等职业教育发展的顶层设计,为当前的高职教育发展提供了方向和契机。高职院校应秉承"立德树人"的教育目标,在深入了解高职学生职业精神缺失现状的基础上,精微剖析高职学生职业精神缺失的内在缘由,积极建构学校、企业和教师的三位一体的职业精神培育体系。

Professional spirit is directly related to students＇ future career planning, road of life and life style. But the deficiency of professional spirit of higher vocational students is outstanding, and it needs to be strengthened. With the promulgation of The Decision of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education and The Planning of Modern Vocational Education System Construction, the State has preliminarily completed the top design, which provides direction and opportunity for the development of higher vocational education. Higher vocational colleges should act according to the target of moral education, based on understanding the present situation of vocational students＇ lack of professional spirit, subtly analyze the intrinsic reason for the problem, and positively construct the professional spirit cultivation system by schools, enterprises and teachers.
