搭桥术大隐静脉桥EVH获取术与传统切开获取的中远期对比
摘要
冠脉搭桥术血管桥的选择多为下肢大隐静脉[1],传统大隐静脉获取术为直接切开获取,但开放性手术对患者损伤较大,随着腔镜微创技术的推广应用,血管内镜血管桥获取术在冠脉搭桥术中备受关注,本文主要对比微创内窥镜静脉获取术（EVH）大隐静脉桥与传统大切口开放手术（OVH）对冠脉搭桥术手术情况以及5年通畅率的影响。现将结果报告如下。
