内镜下结肠息肉切除术后迟发穿孔1例处理

Treatment of delayed perforation after endoscopic resection of colon polyps of one case

消化内镜下结肠息肉电切术中穿孔可以在术中以钛夹夹闭的方式修补。但对迟发性结肠穿孔一般主张外科手术的方式治疗。本院1例结肠息肉电切术后迟发穿孔,经急诊内镜下修补成功。本文就穿孔原因、修补方式选择、术后观察等方面加以探讨,对感染不严重、发现及时的迟发穿孔行急诊内镜下修补仍然是可行的。

Colonic perforation occurred in the operation of colonic polyps endoscopic resection can be repaired with titanium clip in the operation. However, the treatment of delayed perforation of colon is usually advocated in surgical operation. In our hospital, one patient with delayed perforation after colon polyps endoscopic resection were successfully repaired by emergency endoscopy. In this paper, the reasons of perforation, the choice of repair methods, and the observation of the operation were discussed. It was found that delayed perforation which was found in time and without serious infection could be repaired by emergency endoscopy.
