云南省昆明市正常人群HCV感染的流行病学调查

Epidemiological survey on the HCV infection among normal population in Kunming area of Yunnan Province

目的分析云南省昆明市近年来HCV在正常人群中的感染状况及流行病学特点。方法收集2010年1月～2015年12月在云南省第一人民医院接受过HCV抗体检查的全部就诊人群的一般资料及抗-HCV血液检测结果。结果共调查573 796名接受过HCV抗体检查的就诊人群,其中男291 091名（50.73%）,女282 705名（49.27%）。总体抗-HCV阳性率为0.58%,抗-HCV阳性率在年份、性别、年龄分布方面差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。男性阳性率高于女性,近几年比例基本持平。女性患者近三年比例小幅上升。年龄方面有明显的区分度,中年为HCV的最高发年龄段。结论总体抗-HCV阳性率呈现上升趋势,符合全国范围内的总体趋势。

Objective To analyze the incidence and the epidemiological characteristics of HCV infection among normal population in Kunming area of Yunnan Province. Methods Collecting the statistical data of received HCV anti-HCV examination from January 2010 to December 2015 in the first people＇s hospital of Yunnan Province and thier anti-HCV blood test results. Results A total of 573 796 patients who had received HCV antibody tests were investigated, including 291 091 males（50.73%） and 282 705 female（49.27%）. The overall anti-HCV positive rate was 0.58%, the posi tive rate of anti-HCV showed significant difference. associated with year, gender, age distribution（P〈0.05）. Overall anti-HCV positive rate showed an upward trend, in accordance with the overall trend of the country, the positive rate of male was higher than that of female, the proportion was essentially flat. In recent three years, the proportion of female patients increased slightly. Age had obvious area division, middle age was the highest age of HCV. Conclusion Overall anti-HCV positive rate showed an upward trend, which is consistent with the general trend of the whole country.
