摘要
高尿酸血症(HUA)是由嘌呤代谢终产物尿酸产生增加和(或)排泄减少所致。HUA的患病率和发病率逐年迅速上升。HUA是痛风的重要发病基础,还与代谢综合征、心血管疾病及肾脏疾病密切相关。该文阐述了国内外HUA流行病学及其合并症的现状,强调HUA防治和管理的重要性。
Hyperuricemia （HUA） is a condition caused by increasing production and/or decreasing excretion of serum uric acid, which is a purine end metabolite. The prevalence and mortality of HUA have rap- idly increased over years. As the essential foundation of gout, HUA is intimately correlated with metabolic syn- drome, cardiovascular and renal diseases. This paper summarizes current situation of the epidemiology and complications of HUA, aiming to strengthen the importance of prevention and treatment of HUA.
