以就业为导向、以能力为本位的人才培养模式,是高等职业教育改革和发展的主要任务之一。该文通过调查研究,分析东莞职业技术学院商务英语专业人才培养存在的问题,结合用人单位对高职院校商务英语专业人才能力的要求,以就业为导向,为构建适应区域经济社会发展的高职商务英语专业人才培养方案提供依据。

The employment and ability oriented training mode is one of the main tasks in higher vocational education reform and development. According to the investigation and research, this paper analyzes the problems of cultivating talents of the business English major in Dongguan Polytechnic. Taking the employment-oriented and combing the requirement of the employer,it provides the evidence for cultivating the higher vocational business English professional who can adapt to the regional economy.
