高校学生公寓引入社区管理模式是对传统单纯后勤物业管理的突破。该文通过对高校学生公寓的现状分析,在物业管理、学生工作、社区资源、工作评估等四个优势路径方面进行阐述,依托后勤服务、思想政治教育、学业互助、制度建设等对学生公寓与社区管理提出了有针对性的建议,优势互补,提升水平,促进学生公寓的标准化、系统化、人性化、规范化构建。

Community management mode introduced to higher vocational students＇ apartment is a breakthrough to the traditional logistics management. Through analyzing the present situation of college students＇ apartment, the article states from property management, student work, community resources, work assessment and gives some suggestions on students apartment and community management from logistics services, ideological and political education, academic support, system construction to promote standardized, systematic, humanized and normalized construction of students apartment.
