不同优化栽培处理下蔬菜生长及其亚硝酸盐含量的差异 被引量:1

摘要 蔬菜中的亚硝酸盐含量与土壤及栽培管理密切相关。该文通过对栽培土壤的优化处理,探求合理高效生产出健康蔬菜的栽培技术。试验设计5个处理为:地膜覆盖、土壤混合种植、添加有机肥、水稻土种植和空白,对其栽培蔬菜的生长及其亚硝酸盐含量进行检测分析。结果显示,地膜覆盖和添加有机肥处理的生长高度及鲜重等显著高于其它处理,而土壤混合种植、添加有机肥和水稻土栽培下蔬菜亚硝酸盐含量为1.4~2.1mg/Kg)显著高于地膜覆盖处理0.8mg/kg,空白最低0.1mg/kg。由此可知,蔬菜亚硝酸盐含量与不同优化栽培方法密切相关,综合产量和品质优先采用地膜覆盖处理。 The nitrite content of vegetables is closely related to soil management and cultivation. By optimizing the processing of cultivated soil seek rational and efficient production of healthy vegetable cultivation techniques. Experiment designs five processes, namely, mulching, soil mixed planting, add organic fertilizer, soil planted paddy and blank, are detected and analyzed their growth and nitrite content of cultivated vegetables. The results showed that the growth of highly mulching and add organic fertilizer treatment and their fresh weight is significantly higher than other treatments, and soil mixed planting, add the vegetables and nitrite content of organic manure and rice soil cultivation is 1.4~2.1(mg/kg) mulching treatment is significantly higher than that(0.8mg/kg), blank lowest 0.1(mg/kg). It can be seen, vegetables' nitrite content is closely related to the cultivation of different optimization methods, integrated yield and quality of priority use of mulching process.
