血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶水平与老年2型糖尿病患者并发急性冠状动脉综合征的相关性研究

Correlation study of serum GGT levels with elderly type 2 diabetic patients complicated with acute coronary syndrome

目的探讨血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶（GGT）水平与老年2型糖尿病患者并发急性冠状动脉综合征的相关因素。方法选取2013年3月至2014年11月滨州医学院附属医院收治的46例老年2型糖尿病并发急性冠状动脉综合征患者作为研究组，选取同期收治单纯老年2型糖尿病患者50例作为对照组，比较两组患者的一般临床资料和血清学指标。结果研究组体质量指数（BMI）、GGT、总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）均高于对照组，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。BMI、GGT、TG、TC、LDL—C及HDL—C均为老年2型糖尿病患者并发急性冠状动脉综合征的危险因素。结论血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶为老年2型糖尿病患者并发急性冠状动脉综合征独立危险因素，2型糖尿病老年患者血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶值可反映出急性冠状动脉综合征发生风险。

Objective To investigate the correlation of serum GGT levels with elderly patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with acute coronary syndrome. Methods Forty-six elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with acute coronary syndromes in affiliated hospital of Binzhou medical college, from March 2013 to November 2014 were selected as study group, at the same period, 50 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as control group, the general clinical and serological data were compared. Results In study group, the BMI, GGT, TG, TC, LDL-C were higher, HDL-C was lower than those in the control group, the differences between the two groups were significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. BMI, GGT, TG, TC, LDL-C and HDL-C were risk factors of elderly type 2 diabetic patients with acute coronary syndrome. Conclusions Serum γ-glutamyl endopeptidase for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were independent risk factors of acute coronary syndrome, serum γ-glutamyl endopeptidase value in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes may reflect the risk of acute coronary syndrome.
