曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病并发心力衰竭105例临床观察

A clinical observation of trimetazidine in the treatment of 105 elderly patients with coronary artery disease complicated with heart failure

目的探讨曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病并发心力衰竭的临床应用效果。方法对照组老年冠心病并发心力衰竭患者给予临床常规治疗，研究组在常规治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪，记录两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果研究组临床总有效率（88．68％）显著高于对照组（75．00％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；研究组不良反应发生率（20．75％）虽略高于对照组（17．31％），但差异未见统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论对老年冠心病并发心力衰竭患者给予常规治疗联合曲美他嗪可显著提高其疗效，有利于保障患者生活质量及生命安全。

Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of trimetazidine on elderly patients with coronary artery disease complicated with heart failure. Methods Elderly patients with coronary artery disease in the control group were given the clinical conventional therapy, and patients in the study group were given trimetazidine on the basis of conventional therapy, the clinical curative effects and the incidences of the adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded. Results The clinical total effective rate of the study group （88.68%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （75.00%）, there was significant difference（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the incidence rate of the adverse reactions of the study group （20.75%） was slightly higher than that of the control group （17.31%）, but there was no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions It can significantly enhance the curative effect and help ensure patients＇ quality of life and life security for elderly patients with coronary artery disease to receive the conventional treatment combined with trimetazidine.
