手术治疗结肠癌合并肠梗阻疗效分析

Analysis of curative effect of surgical treatment on patients with colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction

目的研究手术治疗结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者的治疗效果。方法根据患者的情况不同进行相应的治疗方案，并对此进行比较，观察患者的临床表现改变、出现的感染状况和并发症情况。结果通过对患者的手术感染状况或并发症情况进行分析、研究，四组患者并发症发病率分别为30．8％、33．3％、20．0％、20．0％，出现术后感染的发生率为15．4％、33．3％、30．0％、10．0％。结论通过手术治疗结肠癌合并肠梗阻具有良好的临床治疗效果，患者的感染可能性较低，且不易发生并发症。若出现相关并发症情况，医生可根据患者的情况立即采取相应的处理方案，保证患者痊愈，临床治疗中值得广泛推广。

Objective To study the curative effect of surgical treatment of patients with colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction. Methods Corresponding treatment schedules were made according to patients＇ different situation, and were contrasted. Changes of clinical manifesta- tions, infection states and complications were compared. Results Surgical infection status or situation of complications of patients were analyzed and studied. Morbidity rate of complication of patients of four groups were respectively 30.8% , 33.3% , 20.0% and 20.0% , percentage of post operative infection of patients of four groups were respectively 15.4% , 33.3% , 30.0% and 10.0%. Conclusions It has good clinical effect on patients with colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction with surgical treatment. Probability of patients＇ infection is low, and it＇ s not easy to occur complications. If related complications appeared, doctors can immediately take corresponding processing plan according to situation of patients to ensure patients＇ recovery. It＇ s worthy of popularizing widely in clinical treatment.
