个性化低剂量冠状动脉成像诊断冠心病:CTA与DSA对照分析 被引量:4

Personalized low dose coronary angiography in diagnosis of coronary heart disease: a comparative analysis of CTA and DSA

摘要 目的探讨640层CT冠状动脉成像(CTA)个体化低剂量扫描与数字血管造影(DSA)诊断冠心病的准确性。方法选取入医院检查的拟诊断为冠心病患者67例为研究对象,入院后均行CTA和DSA检查,以DSA检查结果为金标准,分析冠状动脉CTA诊断冠心病的准确性、敏感性、特异性。结果以冠状动脉DSA检查结果为金标准,根据患者病例分析,诊断准确率为92.54%,敏感性为96.0武%,特异性为92.35%;根据节段数分析,诊断准确率为97.01%,敏感性为94.90%,特异性为81.18%。结论640层CTA作为诊断冠心痛无创检查方式,具有准确性和敏感性较高的特点,且不受心率影响,在冠心病早期筛查中具有较高的应用价值。 Objective To investigate the accuracy of 640-layer CT coronary angiography (CTA) of personalized low dose scanning and digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods Sixty-seven patients with coronary heart disease admitted into the central hospital of Zhumadian were selected as the research ob- ject and all treated with CTA and DSA examination. Taking the results of DSA examination as the standard, the accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of CTA diagnosis of coronary heart disease were ananlyzed. Results Taking the results of DSA examination as standard, according to the analysis of cases, the diagnostic accuracy was 92. 54% , sensitivity was 96.00%, specificity was 92. 35%; according to the analysis of the number of periods, the diagnostic accuracy was 97. 01%, sensitivity was 94. 90%, specificity was 81.18%. Conclusions As a noninvasive way of examination to diagnosis of coronary heart disease, 640-layer CTA is of high accuracy and high sensitivity and is not influenced by heart rate, owning high application value in early screening of coronary heart disease.
