2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的临床多因素分析

Analysis of clinical multiple factors of type-2 diabetic patients complicated with hypertension

目的分析研究2型糖尿病合并高血压对患者的临床影响。方法选择荥阳市人民医院2012年12月至2014年12月收治的60例2型糖尿病合并高血压病患者作为研究对象，通过对患者身高、体质量、体质量指数等一般资料与患者的三酰甘油、血尿酸、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇等临床指标的检测统计，以实现2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的临床多因素分析和研究。结果2型糖尿病合并高血压病患者的一般情况与}临床指标均比一般人群要高，并且患者的高血压病分级和患者的一般情况与临床指标之间有着密切的相关性。结论通过患者一般资料与临床指标的变化检测，能够及时发现和控制2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的病情，对及早发现和及时治疗具有积极的临床作用和意义。

Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect on type-2 diabetic patients complicated with hypertension. Methods Sixty cases of type-2 diabetic patients with hypertension were selected to be study objects. They were admitted by the People＇ s Hospital of Xingyang from December 2012 to December 2014. Through the detection and statistics of patients＇ ordinary information including the height, weight, body mass index and so on, and the clinical inde xes of the triglycerides, blood uric acid, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol, etc, to realize the clinical multi-factor analysis and research for type-2 diabetic patients with hypertension. Results General condition and clinical indexes of symptoms of type-2 diabetic patients complicated with hypertension were both higher than the general popula- tion. Patients＇ hypertension disease classification, general condition and clinical indexes of symptoms of type-2 diabetic patients complicated with hypertension had close correlation. Conclusions Through the change detection of patients＇ general conditions and clinical indexes of symptoms, the disease of type-2 diabetic patients complicated with hypertension can be found in time and controlled. It has the positive clinical effect and significance for early detection and timely treatment of the disease.
