脉冲冲洗、负压封闭引流技术联合解剖型锁定钢板内固定治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨脉冲冲洗、负压封闭引流技术(VSD)联合解剖型锁定钢板(LCP)内固定Ⅰ期治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折的临床效果。方法自2009年6月至2015年6月采用脉冲冲洗、VSD联合LCP内固定Ⅰ期治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折患者45例,观察术后骨折、创面愈合情况。结果本组40例患者获随访3~48个月,平均14个月。所有随访患者患肢功能恢复良好,骨折及创面均愈合良好,无明显深部感染、骨不连等严重并发症。结论应用脉冲冲洗、VSD结合LCP内固定Ⅰ期治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折疗效满意,是一种安全、有效的方法。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of one-stage pulse pressure flushing and vacuum sealing drainage( VSD) combined with locking compression plate( LCP) internal fixation on the treatment of open tibia and fibula fractures.Methods The clinical data of 45 patients with open tibia and fibula fractures received treatment in our hospital from June2009 to June 2015. All the patients underwent the one-stage surgery of pulse flushing and VSD combined with LCP internal fixation. The postoperative healing of fracture and wound efficacy were observed. Results Totally 40 in 45 cases of patients got follow-up for average 14 months( range 3-48 months). The limb function recovery was satisfied. All the wounds and fractures healed well. No severe complications such as deep infection or bone nonunion was observed. Conclusion For the patients with open tibia and fibula fractures,the one-stage surgery of pulse flushing and VSD combined with LCP internal fixation may result in satisfactory effects on the condition of reasonable operation indications. This is a safe and effective treatment protocol.
