8例胃黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤的临床病理分析 被引量：1

摘要 结外边缘区黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤（MALT淋巴瘤）是胃最常见的淋巴瘤之一,发病率仅次于弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤。胃MALT淋巴瘤患者常无明确的特异性症状,胃镜形态多样且无特异性,肿瘤细胞以小B细胞为主,细胞异型性小,而胃黏膜活检取材局限,提供的标本小,因此,诊断有一定的困难,容易诊断不足甚至误诊。本文收集8例胃MALT淋巴瘤进行临床病理学观察,分析其特点,以提高病理医生的认识水平,现报道如下。1资料与方法1.
