摘要 随着检测手段在风机上的推广使用以及风机维护人员素质的不断提高,风机运营企业在面临风机运维投入降低的强大压力下,推广风机状态检修已是大势所趋。然而,由于风机状态检修技术尚处在起步阶段,有关状态检修的各关键因素都会对风机状态检修技术的持续稳健发展带来冲击和阻碍。本文着重分析了影响风机状态检修的关键因素,有针对性地提出了风机状态检修的推广建议。 With the popularization of detection measures on wind driven generator and continuously raising of quality of maintainers, the popularization of wind driven generator status overhaul has already become a heneral trend under the big pressure of falling of wind driven generator operation and maintenance cost. However, because the wind driven generator status overhaul technology is still in the initial stage, all key factors related to status overhaul may become impact and obstacles to substained and steady development of wind driven generator status overhau technology. This text focuses on analysis of key factors that will affect wind driven generator status overhau, and formulates some suggestion for popularization of wind driven generator status overhaul.
