舒肝解郁胶囊与盐酸文拉法辛胶囊治疗抑郁症的疗效比较

Efficacy Comparison of Shugan Jieyu Capsules and Hydrochloride Venlafaxine Capsules in the Treatment of Depression

目的:评价舒肝解郁胶囊与盐酸文拉法辛胶囊治疗抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法:50例抑郁症患者随机分为观察组(n=26)和对照组(n=24),观察组口服舒肝解郁胶囊早晚各两粒,对照组口服盐酸文拉法辛胶囊75~150 mg·d^(-1)。6周为1个疗程。分别在治疗前和治疗后2,4,6周末采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定疗效,副反应症状量表(TESS)评价安全性,并观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后两组HAMD评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01),且随着治疗时间延长,评分呈下降趋势。组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为88.5%和87.5%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2周、4周、6周时,观察组TESS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.01),不良反应发生率也明显低于对照组(42.31%vs.70.83%,P<0.01)。结论:舒肝解郁胶囊治疗抑郁症安全有效。

Objective： To evaluate and compare the efficacy and safety of Shugan Jieyu capsules and hydrochloride Venlafaxine capsules in the treatment of depression. Methods： Totally 50 cases of patients with depression were randomly divided into the observation group（ n = 26） and the control group（ n = 24）. The observation group was treated with 2 Shugan Jieyu capsules in the morning and in the evening,while the control group was treated with hydrochloride Venlafaxine capsules at the dose of 75-150 mg·d^（-1）,six weeks as a course of treatment. Hamilton Depression Scale（ HAMD） and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（ TESS） were used in the evaluation before the treatment and 2,4 and 6 weeks after the treatment. Results： HAMD scores of the two groups were significantly decreased after the treatment（ P〈0.01）,and the scores were gradually decreased with the treatment,and there were no significant differences between the two groups（ P 〉0.05）. The total efficacy of Shugan Jieyu capsules and hydrochloride Venlafaxine capsules was88.46% and 87.5%,respectively,and there was no significant difference（ P〉0.05）. TESS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after the 2,4 and 6-week treatment（ P〈0.01）. The incidence of adverse reactions of Shugan Jieyu capsules（ 42.31%） was obviously lower than that of hydrochloride Venlafaxine capsules（ 70.83%,P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Shugan Jieyu capsules are safe and effective in the treatment of depression.
