Governance Plight of Contemporary National Separatism

民族分裂主义是现今国际社会中的热点问题。国际社会对民族分裂主义的治理和成效,面临着理论、政策与方式、国际环境等三方面困境。治理民族分裂主义必须要从国际和国内两方面共同着手以克服这些困境:国际上就民族分裂主义的相关内容达成共识;国内构建新的认同,实现民族团结。

National separatism is a hot issue in international community today.The governance of national separatism and its effectiveness is encountering the plights of theory,policy and approaches and international environment.These difficulties must be tackled in both international and domestic aspects：international community should reach an agreement on what is national separatism and a new domestic identity should be established to achieve national unity.
