摘要 中国石油化工股份有限公司济南分公司以临盘原油减压馏分油和减压渣油为原料,采用中国石油化工股份有限公司石油化工科学研究院开发的"糠醛精制-润滑油加氢(加氢处理/加氢精制)-酮苯脱蜡脱油-白土精制"工艺流程,生产符合HVIⅡ标准的重质基础油和光亮油。为适应公司发展和生产流程、产品结构的调整,研究了润滑油加氢装置以混合原油的减四线糠醛精制油为原料生产合格HVIⅡ10基础油的可能性。通过工业试验确定以胜利进口原油与临盘原油质量比约3∶2的减四线糠醛精制油为原料时,加氢处理最佳操作反应温度控制在354-359℃,在此温度范围内黏度变化率小于20%,黏度指数变化率在(28±0.5)%。通过对比以临盘原油和混合原油为原料生产的HVIⅡ10基础油的质量指标和经济指标,得知润滑油加氢装置对原料具有较强的适应性。 In SINOPEC Jinan Company,the heavy base oil and bright oil of HVI Ⅱ standard are produced with the feedstock of vacuum gas oil and vacuum residue from Linpan Crude by furfural refining processlubricants hydrogenation( hydro treating / hydro refining)-ketone benzol dewaxing-clay refining developed by SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing. To meet the requirements of company's development and production process and product distribution adjustment,the possibility of producing HVI Ⅱ 10 base oil with furfural-refined vacuum side-draw 4 oil from blended crude is studied. In the commercial tests,when the furfural-refined vacuum side-draw 4 oil from blended Shengli and Linpan Crudes at a ratio of 3∶ 2,is used as the feed,the optimum operating temperature of hydrogenation reaction is 354- 359 ℃. The viscosity variation in this temperature range is less than 20% and viscosity index variation is( 28 ± 0. 5) %. The comparison of quality and economics of HVI Ⅱ10 lubricating base oil production from Linpan Crude and mixed crude has shown that the lube oil hydrogenation unit has a high adaptability to feedstock.
