摘要 中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司2.48 Mt/a柴油加氢改质装置于2013年完成改造,采用中国石油化工股份有限公司石油化工科学研究院开发的分区进料灵活加氢改质MHUG-Ⅱ工艺技术。装置在改质反应器主剂体积空速0.8 h-1、反应器入口氢分压不小于6.4 MPa及精制反应器主剂体积空速2.2 h-1的条件下,2015年2月6日开始正式生产硫质量分数小于10μg/g的国Ⅴ清洁柴油,并已平稳运行7个月。与生产国Ⅳ柴油相比,催化剂失活速度、装置氢耗均明显上升。在国Ⅴ柴油生产过程中,也遇到了精制柴油硫含量超标、十六烷值偏低等问题,通过优化装置操作、全厂统筹优化,保证了装置国Ⅴ柴油的稳定生产。 The 2.48 MM TPY diesel hydro-upgrading unit in SINOPEC Hainan Refining Chemical Co.,Ltd. was revamped in 2013 with a flexible hydro-upgrading process MHUG-Ⅱ with separate feeding systems developed by SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing( RIPP). Under the operating conditions of volumetric space velocity of 0. 8 h- 1in hydro-upgrading reactor,inlet hydrogen partial pressure at reactor inlet no less than 6. 4 MPa and volumetric space velocity of 2. 2 h- 1in hydrofining reactor,the Guo Ⅴstandard diesel with sulfur less than 10 ppm began to be formally produced on February 6,2015,and the unit has been running smoothly for 7 months. As compared with the Guo Ⅳ diesel,the deactivation rate of the catalysts and hydrogen consumption are increased obviously. In the Guo Ⅴ diesel production process,the problems such as off-specification of sulfur in refined diesel,lower cetane number etc have been encountered.Whereas,the stable production of the Guo Ⅴ diesel is ensured by optimizing the unit operation and the overall plant operation.
