摘要 介绍了液化天然气(LNG)装置深冷球阀结构材料和密封副材料的选择要求,液氮深冷处理是深冷球阀制造必不可少的工艺。球阀采用延长阀盖和滴水盘设计,保证填料函的密封性能和阀门正常工作。针对阀座密封结构的特点,重点分析了单活塞效应阀座和双活塞效应阀座的结构特点及密封原理,由于阀座与阀体密封处结构特点不同导致两者密封方向不同。结合LNG工况,深冷球阀应选用双隔离与排放阀(简称DIB)中的1型或2型。低温密封性能是深冷球阀的关键性能指标,阀门应在低温模拟工况下进行试验,并取得权威机构进行的型式试验认定。 The material selection and cryogenic treatment of cryogenic ball valves and sealing materials are presented. Liquid nitrogen cryogenic treatment is an essential part of cryogenic ball valve manufacturing process. The designs of extended bonnet and the drip tray are applied to ensure the sealing performance of packing box and normal operation of ball valves. On the basis of characteristics of the valve seat sealing structure,the structure characteristics and sealing principles of single piston effect seat and double piston effect seat are analyzed. The fundamental reason for the different sealing directions lies in the different structural characteristics of the sealing between valve seat and valve body. For the LNG service,valves of double-isolationbleed( DIB) type 1 or type 2 should be selected for cryogenic ball valves. The sealing performance at low temperature is the key performance of cryogenic ball valve,the low temperature simulation test should be performed for the valve,and the type testing of valves should be certified by authoritative organizations.
