刑事审判的公众认同是价值评价的范畴,以刑事审判活动为对象,与评价主体对刑事审判活动的认知程度有关,以社会公众的公意为鉴别依据。在刑事司法公正的大前提下,要增进公众对刑事审判的认同,需从促进公众对刑事审判活动的认知和确立适当的社会评价标准两方面着手,健全一系列的主体条件和制度条件。
