视频图像技术在治安行政执法实训教学中的应用设计

A Practical Design of Video Surveillance for Public Security Administration Practical Training Class

实训教学是当前公安类院校培养警务人才的重要教学形式之一,直接关系到核心警务能力的培养。治安行政执法类实训需面向实际的模拟情景,且要结合实际警用器械的使用,由于受场地及实训器材的限制,往往出现学生全课堂参与度不够、跨场景的可视度不够、实训中存在错误的发现度不够、点评讨论的直观度不够等问题,致使实训教学效果不理想。在治安行政执法实训教学模拟实训场景规划设计中,引入视频图像技术,能够使瞬间即逝的实训过程得以重现,使跨场景的实训得以同场呈现,同时实现实训过程的实况转播,便于师生发现实训中存在的错误,使学生能互相观看实训情况,提高其参与度,并达到互相借鉴学习的目的。

Practical training is one of the most important instructional modes of excellent policeman cultivation in the police colleges, which is directly related to the cultivation of police core abilities. During the training classes of public security administration, actual simulation scenes are provided together with the actual use of police instruments. However, owing to the limitation of the site and training equipment, there are some shortcomings, such as insufficient students＇ classroom participation, invisible the whole training scene and losing mistakes which be made by students. In view of the current lack of the practical training, this paper intends to put forwards a design for visual practical training by using video surveillance technology, to make the whole training scene visible together, to reproduce the training process, to catch the existing mistakes and to broadcast the training situation simultaneously. And by improving the students＇ classroom participation, it helps teachers and students to find out the mistakes existing in the training, promote students to leam from each other, and achieve the goal of training class at last.
