摘要 椎管是纵贯脊柱全长的骨性管腔,用以容纳和保护脊髓。椎管内肿瘤本身及其手术治疗均可破坏脊管骨性结构的完整性,导致脊柱生物力学和稳定性发生改变。根据椎管内肿瘤与脊髓和硬脊膜的位置关系,可以分为髓内、髓外硬脊膜下、硬脊膜外和横跨硬脊膜的椎管内外沟通性"哑铃"形肿瘤,目前多推荐积极手术治疗。
