摘要患者女性,35岁,主因脐部以下、双膝以上麻木8年、加重2个月,于2016年1月13日入院。患者8年前无明显诱因出现脐部以下、双膝以上间断性麻木并呈进行性加重,伴双下肢疼痛,无明显痛温觉减退,无明显活动受限,小便时感觉麻木。
