高职院校艺术经纪专业人才培养的改革思考——对上海地区用人单位招聘要求的分析

艺术品消费和投资市场的巨大潜力催生了对于人才量与质的新需求,急切呼唤一大批既懂艺术又懂经营的复合型艺术经纪专业人才。在对最近两个月主要招聘网上的艺术经纪相关招聘信息进行统计分析的基础上,归纳了此类人才的需求特点,同时提出了高职院校艺术经纪专业人才培养改革的若干建议。

The huge potential of consumption and investment market of artwork has spawned a new demand for talent, which desperately needs a group of inter-disciplinary art brokerage talents that understand both art and management. Based on statistical analysis of major online recruitment information related art broker age the last two months, the author summed up the characteristics of such talent needs, and proposed a number of recommendations on talent cultivation reform of art brokerage in higher vocational colleges.
