摘要
[目的]建立了高效液相色谱测定氨唑草酮原药的方法。[方法]采用Agilent Extend-C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(体积比35∶65)为流动相,检测波长为222 nm,对氨唑草酮原药进行定量分析。[结果]在0.1~0.65 g/L范围内,相关系数为0.9999,变异系数为0.16%,平均回收率为100.25%。[结论]该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确地测定原药氨唑草酮的含量。
[Aims] The HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography) method for determination of amicarbazone TC was established. [Methods] The quantitative analysis of amicarbazone TC was carried out by using Agilent column Extend-C18 with the mixture solution of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (35:65, by vol) as mobile phase at 222 nm. [Results] The linear correlation coefficient was 0.9999 in the range of 0.1 to 0.65 g/L, and the coefficient of variation was 0.16%, and the average recovery was 100%. [Conclusions] This method can be used for determining the content of amicarbazone in amicarbazone TC, which is simple, fast and sensitive with good accuracy.
