儿童门急诊护士噪声暴露现状及干预效果评价

Status Quo of Noise Exposure of Emergency Nurses in Children Outpatient and Emergency Departments and the Evaluation of Intervention Effect

目的探析儿童门急诊护士噪声暴露现状及干预后的效果评价。方法使用噪声监测仪对儿童门急诊护士及门急诊各服务台、分诊台的噪声水平进行监测,并对儿童门急诊区域噪声暴露情况进行为期6个月的干预,对比干预前后的门急诊噪声水平。结果干预前,门急诊各区域噪声暴露情况均高于标准值,经干预后,门急诊各区域噪声暴露情况及声源强度明显降低,对比干预前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经过对儿童门急诊的噪声暴露现状进行调查,并针对门急诊各分诊台、挂号大厅的具体情况实施针对性的干预措施,降低儿童门急诊区域噪声水平,为儿童提供舒适的就医环境,并为护士提供健康的护理工作环境。

Objective To explore the status quo of noise exposure of emergency nurses in children outpatient and emergency departments and to evaluate the intervention effect. Methods Noise monitoring instruments were utilized to monitor the noise exposure level of nurses in children outpatient and emergency departments and noise exposure level of all service desks and triage desks. 6-month intervention of reducing noise was conducted in children outpatient and emergency departments. The noise exposure level in outpatient and emergency departments before and after intervention was compared. Results The regional noise exposure in the outpatient and emergency departments were higher than standard value before intervention. After intervention, the noise exposure and the intensity of sound source were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The investigation of the status quo of noise exposure level in children outpatient and emergency departments and the intervention conducted in triage desks of outpatient and emergency departments and registration room according to practical situation are effective to reduce noise level in relative areas and to provide health care working environment for nurses and comfortable environment for children.
