摘要
目的探讨人性化管理对急诊护士心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法选取急诊科40名护士为研究对象,对其进行人性化管理,主要措施有构建和谐的工作范围、物质和精神激励、组织关怀,比较管理前后护士心理状态及生活质量的变化。结果人性化管理后,护士的躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑以及总分均低于管理前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护士在家庭生活和身心健康两个维度的各方面的生活质量评分均低于管理前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化管理能够缓解急诊科护士的不良心理状态,提高护士的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of human-based management on the psychological status and life qualityof nurses in emergency department. Methods In total of 40 nurses in emergency department were included in our study and human-based management was adopted which includes establishment of harmonious work scope, material and spiritual motivation and organization care. Psychological status and lifequality of nurses before and after the human-based management were compared.Results After the human-based management,nurses' scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms, sensitive of interpersonal relationship, depression and anxiety as well as total scores were lower than that before the management, and the differenceswere statistically significant(P〈0.05). Nurses' lifequality scores in the two dimensions of family life as well as physical and mental health were lower than that before the management, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Human-based management can ease negative psychological status of nurses in emergency department and improve theirlifequality.
