ESWT联合髓芯减压治疗早期股骨头缺血坏死临床疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较ESWT联合髓芯减压术与单纯ESWT治疗早期股骨头缺血坏死临床疗效。方法选2013年3月~2015年9月在我院收治并随访到的早期股骨头缺血性坏死患者(均符合ARCOⅠ、Ⅱ期标准)29例(32髋)。其中17例(19髋)采用ESWT联合股骨头髓芯减压术(联合组)治疗,12例(13髋)采用单纯ESWT(单纯组)治疗。统计治疗前、治疗后3、6、12个月的Harris评分并进行分析,比较两种治疗方法的临床疗效。结果两组治疗后于3、6、12个月随访,Harris评分均较治疗前有明显提高(P〈0.05);与单纯组相比,联合组治疗后6、12个月Harris功能评分明显增高(P〈0.05)。结论 ESWT联合髓芯减压术治疗早期ONFH疗效优于单纯ESWT治疗。 Objective To compare the curative effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy(ESWT)combined with core decompression and single ESWT in treatment of early osteonecrosis of femoral head(ONFH). Methods 29 patients(32 hips)(meeting the standards of ARCO stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ)with early osteonecrosis of femoral head who were admitted to our hospital and received follow-ups from March 2013 to September 2015 were selected.17 patients(19 hips)in the combined group were treated by ESWT combined with core decompression of femoral head while 12 patients(13 hips)in the single group were only treated by ESWT.Harris scores of 3 months,6 months and 12 months before and after treatment were counted and analyzed. Clinical effective rates of two treatments were compared. Results At follow-ups of 3 months,6 months and 12 months after treatment,Harris scores of two groups were significantly increased than those before treatment(P 0.05).Compared with single group, Harris scores of 6 months and 12 months after treatment of the combined group were significantly increased(P 0.05). Conclusion ESWT combined with core decompression in treatment of early ONFH is more effective than the single ESWT.
