随着市场经济和医改的逐渐深入,医院之间的竞争也日趋激烈。人才的竞争已然成为提高医院核心竞争力的关键因素。为了提高员工工作满意度,增强员工忠诚度,形成积极、和谐、团结的工作氛围,医院人力资源管理部门及相关职能科室应重视并建立积极良好的员工关系。
With the development of market economy and deep reform of health care, the competition between hospitals is becoming intensive increasingly. Talent competition has already become the one of the key factors to improve core competitive power of the hospitals. In order to improve employee's job satisfaction degree and loyalty as well as create active, harmonious and united working environment, human resource management department and other related departments in hospital should attach importance to and establish good employment relation.
