高血压脑干出血显微手术的临床研究

Clinical study of microsurgery for hypertensive brainstem hemorrhage

目的研究显微手术对高血压脑干出血患者的疗效及预后影响。方法选取2013年6月~2015年6月我院收治的30例利用显微手术治疗的高血压脑干出血患者作为研究对象,将其设为观察组,另选取同期在我院进行常规保守或侧脑室外引流术的高血压脑干出血患者作为对照组,对比两组患者疗效以及预后情况。结果观察组治疗有效率、NIHSS评分下降幅度、ADL评分均显著高于对照组,NDS评分以及死亡率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论显微手术治疗高血压脑干出血疗效显著,具有安全性高,机体损伤小的优点,是治疗高血压脑干出血的首选方法之一。

Objective To explore the efficacy and prognosis of patients with hypertensive brainstem hemorrhage. Methods 30 cases of hypertensive brainstem hemorrhage in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were selected as the research object using microsurgery, and were set as the observation group, and the patients with hypertensive brainstem hemorrhage were conservative treated as the control group in the same period in our hospital. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and the prognosis was observed. Results The observation group＇s NIHSS score, ADL score and score were significantly higher than the control group, NDS score and mortality were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Microsurgical treatment of hypertensive brainstem hemorrhage has a significant effect, with high safety and low body damage, it is the first choice for treatment of hypertensive brainstem hemorrhage.
