老年2型糖尿病患者社区综合干预效果分析

Effect of comprehensive community intervention on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的分析老年2型糖尿病患者社区综合干预效果。方法选取我院2013年6月~2015年7月收治的老年2型糖尿病患者74例,将其随机分为两组,每组37例,常规干预组患者给予单纯药物降糖,综合干预组患者给予社区综合干预。评估两组患者干预前后血糖水平的变化、低血糖反应发生率、血糖达标率。结果两组干预前血糖水平差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,干预后综合干预组空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2h血糖（2h PBG）和糖化血红蛋白（Hb A1C）均明显降低,明显优于常规干预组,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。综合干预组血糖达标率明显高于常规干预组,低血糖反应发生率明显少于常规干预组,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论老年2型糖尿病患者社区综合干预效果确切,可有效控制血糖,提高血糖达标率,减少低血糖反应发生率,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive community intervention on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 74 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from June 2013 to July 2015 were included and they were randomly divided into the conventional intervention group and the comprehensive intervention group, with 37 in each. The conventional intervention group was only given drugs to reduce blood glucose while the comprehensive intervention group was given comprehensive community intervention. Blood glucose level, the incidence of hypoglycemia, and standard-reaching rate of blood glucose of before and after intervention two groups were evaluated. Results Blood glucose levels before and after intervention of two groups had no significant difference（P 0.05）. Fasting blood glucose（FBG）, 2h postprandial plasma glucose（2h PBG） and glycosylated hemoglobin（Hb A1C） after intervention of the comprehensive intervention group were significantly decreased, significantly better than those of the routine intervention group. Difference between two groups was significant（P 0.05）. Standard-reaching rate of blood glucose of the comprehensive intervention group was significantly higher than that of the conventional intervention group but incidence of hypoglycemia reactions were significantly fewer than those of the conventional intervention group. Difference between two groups was significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Effect of comprehensive community intervention on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was accurate. It can effectively control blood glucose, improve standard-reaching rate of blood glucose and reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia, worthy of promoting.
