摘要
肠球菌属益生菌药物应用广泛,其致病性及对耐药性的传递值得引起关注。本文综合相关文献,初步阐述其潜在风险及安全应用需要注意的易感群体及关键因素。目前相关药物在患者适用性评估和药品警示方面的不足有待改善。
The enterococcus probiotic drugs are widely used,which pathogenicity and drug-resistant transferability are worthy of caution.According to related literatures,in this paper,we preliminarily expounded its potential risks and the vulnerable groups as well as the key aspects that should be pay attention to for medical safety.The current patient suitability evaluations and warnings of related drugs need to be improved.
