混合有机肥用量对烤烟石油醚提取物和中性致香物质的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以云烟87为试验材料,通过盆栽试验,研究了混合有机肥用量对烤烟石油醚提取物和中性致香物质含量的影响,试验结果表明:(1)与单施化肥相比,混合有机肥对烤烟石油醚提取物含量有提高效应,且提高效应因烟叶部位的不同而差异很大,对上部叶的提高效应最明显,中部叶和下部叶次之,其中T4(常规施肥+600 g/盆混合有机肥)的提高效应最为显著,其上、中、下部叶的石油醚提取物含量最大,分别为8.7958%、8.0628%、7.1797%。(2)混合有机肥处理的烤烟中性致香物质含量较CK增幅很大,其中T4的致香物质总量最大,T3(常规施肥+450 g/盆混合有机肥)除新植二烯总量低于T4外,其他中性致香物质含量多数成分均高于T4。因此,在该试验条件下,混合有机肥用量以450600 g/盆为宜。 Pot experiment was carried out to investigate effect of mixed organic fertilizer on petroleum ether extracts and neutral aroma constituents in Yunyan 87. Results showed that:( 1) Compared with the commonly used fertilizing treatment,the treatment of applying organic fertilizer all increased the contents of petroleum ether extracts,the contents of petroleum ether extracts in the upper and the middle and the lower leaves were the highest in T4 treatment,reached 8. 7958%,8. 0628% and 7. 1797%,respectively.( 2) The total contents of neutral aroma components in the treatment of applying organic fertilizer all were higher than CK and that of in T4 treatment was the highest,the T3 treatment was higher than T4 treatment in respective neutral aroma component excepted neophytadiene. It was concluded that 450600 g / pot was the optimum treatment.
