Strategy for Long-term Development of Village-level Public Welfare Events at New Stage:Taking Z Town of Suzhou City as An Example

以Z镇村级公益事业建设情况为例证和索引,分析了新阶段村级公益事业发展中遇到的困境,结合Z镇村级公益事业发展的一系列有效经验,提出了创新"一事一议"推行机制、制定金融支持政策、提高信息化程度、强化建后管护工作等保证新阶段村级公益事业长效发展的有效途径。

Taking Z town＇s construction situation of village public welfare as a example,analyzed the dilemma of village-level public welfare development in the new stage,Combined with a series of effective experience of Z town village public welfare development,innovated promotion the mechanism of ＂one- project- one- discussion＂,formulated financial support policies,improved the degree of information and strengthen maintenance work to ensure sustainable development of village- level public welfare at new stage.
