炼焦煤最佳粉碎粒度的研究 被引量:2

摘要 选取了几个典型矿点的炼焦煤进行煤质、煤岩分析,制定出粒度优化配煤炼焦试验方案。通过小焦炉和坩埚焦试验,确定了各煤种最佳粉碎粒度:赵各庄肥煤粉碎到3~2 mm,海菱1/3焦煤粉碎到1~0.5 mm,山路焦煤粉碎到2~1.5 mm,三给贫瘦煤粉碎到1~0.5 mm。为了提高贫瘦煤配比,降低焦煤配比,对贫瘦煤进行单独粉碎,控制其粒度〈1 mm,使工业化生产配煤方案在原配比基础上减少焦煤2%,增加贫瘦煤2%。在保证焦炭质量稳定的同时,配煤成本降低了3.26元/t,年创经济效益1 000多万元。 Selecting coking coal from several typical ore points for its properties and petrography analysis,the test coking plan for coal blending with particle size optimization is worked out. In small coke oven and crucible tests,the best particle sizes for various coal grades are determined: 3 to 2 mm for Zhaogezhuang fat coal,1 to 0. 5 for Hailing 1 /3 coking coal,2 to 1. 5 for Shanlu coking coal,1 to 0. 5 for Sangei lean coal.To increase proportion of lean coal and reduce that of coking coal,the lean coal is comminuted alone and its size is controlled to be smaller than 1 mm,and so the coking coal is decreased by 2 %,the lean coal increased by 2 % of the original proportion ratio in coal blending plan for industrial production. With that control,ensuring coke quality being steady,the coal blending cost is reduced by 3. 26 yuan per ton,the annual economic benefit of over 10 million yuan.
