干熄炉焦炭浮起的判定方法

JUDGING METHOD OF COKE FLOATING IN DRY QUENCHING COKE OVEN

正常生产中,由于循环风量、排焦量操作不当等原因,会造成干熄炉斜道口焦炭浮起,造成干熄焦生产系统紊乱,降低干熄焦装置的生产能力。通过实际浮焦试验,找出了干熄炉斜道口焦炭浮起的主要特征点。通过操作对比分析,总结出快速判定斜道口焦炭微浮的方法,减少了焦炭浮起后的处理时间,增加了干熄焦系统运行的经济性。

In normal production,because of improper circulating air quantity and coke exhaust amount,coke would float at chute of dry quenching coke oven,and cause the disorder in the production system and reduce output. With actual coke floating test,the main characteristic points of coke floating at the chute are found out. With comparison and analysis for operation,the method to fast judge the slightly floating of coke at chute is concluded,so the treating time after coke floating reduced,the economic benefit of dry quenching coke system increased.
