摘要
介绍了酸浸渣及其锌浸出法。研究了反应温度、酸度、反应时间以及双氧水的量对酸浸渣中锌浸出率的影响,实验结果表明,温度为90~95℃、反应时间为4 h,在较高的酸度下有利于酸浸出渣中锌的浸出。双氧水的加入量为50 mol以上时硫化锌中的锌浸出率可达90%以上。
It is introduced the acid- leach residue and its zinc leaching method. It is researched the influence of the reaction temperature,acidity,reacting time and the amount of hydrogen peroxide solution on zinc leaching rate in acid- leach residue. It is showed from the experiment that temperature of 90 to 95,reaction time of 4 hours and higher acidity all favor zinc leaching. When hydrogen peroxide solution added over 50 mols,the zinc leaching rate can reach to over 90%.
