摘要 针对干式除尘转炉冶炼终点高拉碳的技术难题,河钢集团宣钢公司创新了干式除尘转炉双渣工艺。在双渣操作倒渣完成后,利用二次下枪并手动将半流量供氧时间由90 s延长到120 s,分析炉气成分,确认CO和O_2含量避开泄爆区后,逐步将氧流量提高到正常值。过程枪位采用低枪位吹炼,终点按所炼钢种终点要求进行控制。新工艺很好地解决了干式除尘转炉双渣高拉碳的难题,同时又避免了电除尘器发生泄爆。为应用转炉煤气干法除尘转炉冶炼优质品种钢提供了借鉴。 To realize catch carbon practice in smelting end,the double slag process for converter with dry dust removal is created in Xuan Steel: after double slag operation and deslagging fulfilled,prolonging the semi-flowoxygen- feeding time form 90 to 120 seconds by means of secondary lance low ering and manual operation,analyzing furnace atmosphere composition and confirming the CO and O_2 content not in leakage explosion range,then gradually increasing the oxygen flow to normal value. In this procedure,lance position keeps to be low,the smelting end is controlled according to the smelted steel grade. The new process solves well the difficulty of double slag catch carbon practice in converter with dry dust removal,at the same time,avoids leakage explosion in electric dust collector,and offers a reference for other businesses.
