摘要 避免铸坯热送时产生表面裂纹的重要方法有加入合金、高温热送、延时热送和铸坯表面淬火技术。重点介绍了表面淬火技术的基本原理及其在国内外的发展和应用。邢钢通过在大方坯连铸机上安装在线表面淬火设备,其生产的中低碳铝镇静钢和微合金钢铸坯表面开裂率由原来的0.30%降低到0.08%,吨钢成本可降低10元。理论和实践表明,表面淬火技术在降低热装铸坯表面裂纹和降本增效方面效果显著。 Adding alloy,hot transferring in high- temperature,hot transferring with time- delay and blank surface quenching technique are the important method to avoid surface cracks in hot transferring. It is introduced the surface quenching technique with emphasis in its basic principle and its development and application at home and abroad. In Xing Steel,with on- line surface quenching device installed on large square billet caster,the cracks rate on blank of medium- low carbon alumina killed steel and micro- alloy steel is reduced from 0. 30 to 0. 08%,the cost can be decreased by 10 yuans per ton of steel with energy saving. It is showed from theory and practice that the technique has a obvious effect in improving surface crack on blank and cost decrease and profit increase.
